Could we please simply be ourselves?

Could we please simply be ourselves?

This is a really simple inquiry! Have you ever gone around feeling completely unconfident and uneasy with any aspect of your body? Have you ever felt uneasy in this society and found it frightening to interact with or converse with others? Do these norms prevent you from performing your favourite thing on your own? We are aware that a large number of people have experienced similar stages and ended up with such challenging mental health. Who else could exercise self-control if we can't?

Not many individuals would doubt or make fun of our physical appearance. We can understand various people's personal experiences and the trauma they have endured by taking into account all of these aspects. A person's healing process would undoubtedly be aided by sharing their personal experience, and the audience would gain sufficient insights into current occurrences. The purpose of this blog is to reach out to more individuals, gather their experiences, and share them with others.

Why do people or society desire all humans to look the same when all species in the same group are different? Be content with this; it can't be similar to anything else—fat, thin, tall, shot, or whatever. All that matters is having a healthy body, which is readily achieved with a balanced diet. Society will find it extremely difficult to accept people for who they are and to judge them differently.
Simply find peace in who you are.
