Furthermore, emphasizing physical appearance can overshadow other qualities and attributes contributing to a person's worth and value. It's important to recognize that beauty comes in all shapes, sizes, and colors, and that our worth is not determined by our outward appearance.

This may include engaging in regular physical activity, nourishing our bodies with nutritious foods, prioritizing sleep and stress management, and seeking support when needed.
